• On average, domestic shipments may take between 2 to 7 business days after processing.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on the destination and the selected carrier.

• We currently ship nationwide within Colombia.

5. Shipping Responsibility

• Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, Scentique is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping company.

6. Incorrect Address Information

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer must cover the reshipping costs.
